Sure it is the most rare official Mega Drive game (official in terms that it was meant to be officially released) in existence and also sure one of the most thought after games in history of video games. Estimated price for a non-Alexei Patzinov- signed is above the US$15000.

He should have taken the pic AFTER he signed it. Or maybe a pic of him actually signing it.

You are right. But it's kinde trustfully enough that the sign is real. Unless the curly guy on the pic is not himself for real.

Maybe it's just me, but I would prefer it without the signature.  And also, there is no way the signature increases the value that much.
