I can't remember the exact timeline of events but I think that's when he was trying to rebuild his burnt reputation.


If I recall correctly he was even a mod on Neo-Geo.com and got banned for ripping people off.

I haven't heard good things about him either, but he did help start the whole sound issue on the duo's here.  I cried though when I saw how the tore open the top of the Duo in order to fix it.
