Is there some kind of voting system in this board?

I don't think there is one, and I ask, why? It would be a good feature to have, as you wouldn't need to ask for references outside the site.

We don't really need one - if someone proves to be a charlatan, we'll jab 'em with pointy sticks 'til they leave.
