MSR to me means Metropolis Street Racer, and I doubt it's going to be a port of a Dreamcast game.

I saw the link, but it doesn't explain that it's anything to do with the game other than thet's where you pay for it - and since I didn't know what it was I saw no need to pay for it!

I thought homebrew was any home coded software...  I didn't say port because it's the PC version so you can't (I assume) use any of the original code.  So remake =/= homebrew?
