I personally like the game. I have played far worse shooters than Dragon Saber. I don't even think Dragon Saber is a bad game, it's just a typical shooter from the late 80's early 90's. I don't blame a game that I have a hard time beating from design flaws. Yeah it affects gameplay, but there should still be a way to beat it. My qestion for the main poster is when did you first start playing shooters? I know I will probably not get a legit answer, but my guess is you started with bullet hell shooters that had super mega tiny hit boxes. Probably a Cave game or some other shooter like Giga Wing or Mars Matrix. Playing games like that and then going to the old school stuff makes people way less forgiving to older shooters.
