I love it too. Lichia best fruit.

I played SimEarth for the first time today and it is kinda boring. It is somewhat cool to see life evolving until you realize you have little control over what is happening. it is very limited too, I made a planet where the sea was full of life and land had dinosaurs, I was expecting the game to get to a point where the sapient fish would wage wars with the dinos.... Imagine my disappointment when I found out that only one race can become "smart" even though both were very similar intelligence wise according to the game's charts.

Maybe my expectations were set a little bit too high for the game.

Ahh, Ok. I wasn't sure if this was a carryover joke from another post. I could Have sworn I saw a banner that ran underneath someones posts that said "The official PC Engine FX 4k post club"

For me it's a toss-up between Darkwing Duck and Falcon. Darkwing Duck just feels so off compared to the vastly superior NES version... it wasn't the worst game ever, but it just felt incredibly dull and uninspired. Falcon's concept was quite decent, but the execution was abysmal. So yeah, definitely either one of those 2 for me.

The NES game isn't the same version. It's a completely different game based on the same license. And yes, obviously it's far superior game.

When I played the original Falcon the manual basically tutorialed you through the first mission or two. You need to know what to deploy to avoid running out of fuel, not being able to hit your targets, or weighing down the plane to where it handles like crap. Flying a real F-16 isn't easy so neither will be the simulator.

I think the only flaw with this game was not giving it Power Console compatibility (ha!) or support for something else with more buttons.

Trying to map something like 200 separate buttons switches knobs etc to even a 108 keyboard is trickly. Cramming it into a two button digital pad is...well, that was probably the biggest f*ckup they made.
