Turbo birthdays?

so the idea came to another member here, and i've heard a couple positive remarks, so i figured i'd post and ask about it more directly.
what would you all think about a birthday listing for the members here on PCEFX.
basically, it would work like a secret santa, at the start of the year, everyone who participates gets assigned someone, and when the assigned person's birthday comes up, they get a preset from the first person!
naturally, there should be a price range/game list, that way no one sends Ys III and gets Deep Blue.

thoughts?

Cool idea, but kinda difficult to manage for the master behind "the game" over a whole year, not?
www.pcedaisakusen.net
the home of your individual PC Engine collection!!
PCE Games coundown: 690/737 (47 to go or 93.6% clear)
PCE Shmups countdown: 111/111 (all clear!!)
Sega does what Nintendon't, but only NEC does better than both together!^^

Its a wicked idea, But what happens if you send someone a copy of say Air Zonk and you get nothing in return. I know I'm knew to the boards and all but truth be told I've seen a lot of people come and go in a few short months. Good idea if it works.

hmm, that's a good point as well.
maybe limit it to X amount of post members, or maybe after so much time?
