what does this image mean?

So i just got my duo-r from Keith courage (thanks so much man) i popped in one of the cd games he sent me, monster maker, and i get this weird image. i dont know what it means?

I can't read moon letters (hell, I have enough troubles with plain ol' English), but I'd guess it's telling you to make room for a save file.  Or maybe that little guy is just sad that he's being shown on a LCD.

^ ohh i have a CRT in my second bedroom those one was just closer, so i was using it for testing reasons,

It tells you that your backup memory isn't sufficient, therefore you have to reset it (aka make some space) :)

Just format it.  Hit select at the main screen before hitting run.  Then select the second option.

That would be hilarious if that was the case, since it looks like he's sitting in a puddle of poo anyway.
