Awesome! I had a bearded dragon for *ages* and I hear ya. He was given to me for free, but all the extra stuff I bought for him over the years to keep him content mounted up to a small fortune.
Still, I miss the hell out of him. He could eat crickets and superworms like nobody's business!
One day he crawled under our kitchen cabinets and I had to go out and get a dremel tool to cut away the toe kick backing to get him out. Apparently our old landlords never found out about that "minor" surgery to the kitchen, since it wasn't taken out of our security deposit.
*Note to landlords: If your tenant has a bearded dragon, check the toe-kick areas for dremel cuts when they move out.
