I have a vague memory of an old TurboGraphx-16 game I used to play but have since forgotten what it's called. From what I recall, it involves playing this sort of Pipe-thing that can climb walls and collect power ups and stuff. It looks something like this:

It was a very ethereal game, lots of sky backgrounds, airy music, and some gems... I can't remember much about it, but maybe you guys know what game I'm talking about.
