Because it is demoncity staring that biker from Akira. Like that game for the SNES called "Phyco dream" or that Castlevania clone on the SNES. Their are so many of these games.

Imagine if your A dull Christian, but instead of being in Fantasy Adventure land, your in the year 20XX and the entire world is a toxic landfill.
