From Super to Arcade..No Phone Booth Required
« on: December 20, 2011, 09:33:15 PM »
Not sure if anyone has talked about this subject before, but curiosity is kicking in, because I have been buying imported Japanese games lately. So with that said.......

1.  Does anyone know exactly what the upgrades/enhancements are on some of the Super CD games are when one uses the ACD Card  with the game. Are there Upgrade graphics, levels or.....a million dollars in cash?

2.  Which ones exactly have the upgrades to them?

3.  Which ones to avoid?

(imagine your own emoticon here for your own pleasure)

It is what it is and it will be what it will be!

Looking for some games, but I will prolly never find.  Sapphire, Magical Chase (US)

mostly, more or more fluid/longer cut-scenes (more animations) at shorter loading times.

Sega does what Nintendon't, but only NEC does better than both together!^^

Black_Tiger (and many others!) contributed to a thread that documented many of the enhancements. IIRC, videos were made of 3X3 Eyes (and perhaps some other titles) that compared "normal" vs. "enhanced".

an old thread, not necessarily the best
