Isn't there a way to report a$$holes for stuff like that?  I know padding the shipping price is against ebay's policies.

DUDEs! Emerald Rocker gave us nice, step-by-step directions for reports folks like this!

Although the rest of this fellows auctions seem on the level, if misinformed (he clearly notes that Gradius is a Japanese HuCard, but he says it can be used in a US TG-16 or TE....hmmm,  is that an oversight because he uses templates, or is that intentional?)
