It has to do with personal preference.
I havent judged from box art in a long long time. Usually games with lots of love inside them, have reasonable box arts, that gives a reasonable description.
You have to understand that one set of people consider games to be like books, film, and other important media.
While others considered it a toy that is a waste of time.
But all of them are reasonable, and talks to differnt audience.
Take uhm...drop rock hora hora, it is nice imagery, encouraging the player to finish the game. Meaning the
player really wants to finish this game.
rather then having something like Hatris, which clearly has nothing to do with anything. It is just a bunch of hat shaped objects.
