Frankly, PCECP is more or less obsolete anymore, and has been for quite some time. It hasn't seen an update in years, and it doesn't offer much for PCE/Turbo stuff that isn't offered in a better manner by one of the other sites. It's biggest asset for the Turbo fan was the "Cheat/Debug Tricks" tab, as I'm not sure any of the other sites have such a comprehensive catalog of these.
To be honest, the only thing I ever used it for anymore was for PC-FX game info, since it's really the only place that has comprehensive data on these. PCFXTOO, however, has a template in place that will ultimately greatly surpass PCECP once it's fleshed out.
Yeah, PCECP has been a staple of the online Turbo community for years. At one time, it was THE one-stop shop for Turbo & PC-FX game info. Times have changed, however. The owner(s) of PCECP made a decision, conscious or not, to discontinue updates. Stagnation was inevitable, and it was only a matter of time before the site discontinued operation altogether. Whether that time has come remains to be seen, but short of a major overhaul, PCECP in its current form is a relic.
