I might be able to help you out with some of those, I've got a box of spare PC Engine spinecards and manuals.
Got alot on at the moment but when I get a chance I'll have look through.
 

edit: as far as I'm aware "Faceball - Sample Disc" never included a spinecard when new

I had a quick check and I had a lot more spinecards than I thought, from your list I had:

There's loads more spinecards, there might be a few more in there from your list I'll have another check.


Also when looking I saw this that you can have too as I think you're into collecting PC Engine Fan Magazine???
It's a cool pamphlet/booklet showing all the issues of PC Engine Fan Mag.
