PCE shwag - toys plushies
« on: April 10, 2012, 06:17:17 AM »
Inspired by a chat with DDAN.

Nintendo and Sega as well as many other game companies have all sorts of toys and collateral collectible stuff for their franchises.

Which PCE/TG16 franchises would you have liked to see stuff for?

DDAN found: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bandai-Robot-Spirits-044-Hero-Wataru-Ryujin-Maru-/330705115528?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4cff8f9988#ht_1270wt_878

Gonna be searching online for awhile to see what I find.

OBEY!

I'd buy a Bonk, Zonk, or Bomberman (chunky old look, not the long legged newer stuff).  The only stuff I recall seeing is tons of newer Bomberman stuff and a monkey that looked a lot like Bazzy but wasn't branded as such.

I think we should think about making some. There might be a nice market online for PCE retro plushies

That would be pretty dope. I thought about t-shirts earlier on as well, maybe a second run at some designs could work.  Personally, I think going the DIY way might be best at first, give some instructions or some files and let people do their thing with it. Specially for t-shirt stuff or plushie instructions.

Hey maybe even some PCE parpercraft

Why, Prince Erik (of Beyond Shadowgate fame) of course.

And I want the plushie to feature all his glorious asymmetrical droopy-eye-ness.

my wife has a sewing machine so stay TUNED!

I think Bonk will be the easiest plushie to make. I'm also feeling a Cooryon dude.

More details to come.
