Lol, this intrigued me so I downloaded the original photo from kisaku's page and zoooomed in.  Whatever it was cost $373, and hilariously they printed the original purchaser's ENTIRE CC NUMBER on the receipt from TZD, it expired in '0203' however.

Back then (mid-late-90's), I remember HAND-WRITING my CC # on an order form and sending it in to tzd.com because I did not want to send it via website or online form.

Later, I may have called stuff in and given the info over the phone.
