I was 10 ( born in '79)

Didn't get a Duo til 1994.  I was 15.
TZD had all the best games for $49.99 sealed, and all sorts of buy 2 get 1 sales.  It was the best time to get all the best games.

16 when I bought mine.  My first games were Bonk's Adventure, and Splatterhouse.  I remember buying the console at Consumers Distributing (retail store), but reading through the internet I've read they were only available at Radio Shack.  Either way, I had one, and the TG-16 was probably the only console I ever bought remotely close to the official release day.

I was 4... got the system when I was 5... brainwashed by the kiosk in front of our local Radio Shack in Halifax, NS.

I had just turned 13 when the Turbo came out.  However I didn't even know what it was until the end of the next year.  It was all NES in 1989.
