it'll likely be that you can shoot them on the ground, or if they're falling

that makes sense.  Looking awesome!

That would be an AWESOME bonus indeed! Great idea, cabbage!

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Since we're now on the topic of Sea Monkeys, You can add a bonus virtual aquarium option to Atlantean where you can raise and care for some of the little guys. By reaching certain levels, scores, etc. you can unlock new scenery and different sea monkeys. Just a thought... :P

Or perhaps playing it, would unlock new ships & stuff in the main game?

I got a Sea Monkey PS1 game.

anyway, some of you got to see the footage of the game in person.

Feedback was high on the controls and the art.

This is a good sign.

I was told "man, this inertia is really inertia-y.  I like it"

The only REAL problem with really interia-y controls is that underwater inertia would naturally be dampened. But maybe it is space water, so it is OK.

Cyberspace water is not for drinking. Only for shooting and capturing.
