It didn't have quite the monumental effect the 16-bit consoles had one me, but there are a few gems.  Halo, KOTOR, Burnout 2, Forza Motorsport (though the newer ones have only gotten better imo), Ghost Recon, Mechassault, Splinter Cell.

Random useless tidbit: While working for Red Storm, I worked on a patch for Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.  That was about the most fun I had working there.  The other games I worked on were pretty bad.  I'm pretty sure I was credited in Rainbow Six: Lockdown for the PS2, but it was so bad I declined a release copy. :)
