that is the message i get everytime i try to play a cd-rom game on my turbo duo.  curious if anyone here has had the same problem and what can be done about it.


i just gotta play some gate of thunder  :twisted:

I had that when I got my Duo-RX. Had to send it back to get fixed. I got the impression it was nothing major though but not sure what it was.

it could be the door switch trigger being out of place.

Sounds like what happen to my last Super CD-rom2.

In the end i gave it to, D-lite last i check he... couldn't figure out how to fix it.

Still it doesn't matter to me any more i'm gonna "get another one soon" to go with my, CoreGrafx :D

You can try this japan seller on ebay.

I have bought from him in the past.... he's pricey but his service is great 8)

wow he is pricey, some great stuff though. just to make sure with the cd games they work in japanese or american systems, right ?  so if i buy the japan version duo it will still play my US cds .

CD games are "region free" so you can play them on either system.

The only lock out are the, U.S hucard games still that can be bypassed,by having a region switch put in.
