None of the following are questions:

"At a low low price too...."  =  sarcastic comment about the price being too high
"That just makes the price a jacked up one no?"  =  the 'no?' is asking for agreement to the preceding statement regarding the price being too high
"Just did not understand the high starting point."  =  yet another claim that the price is too high, and asking why the price is what it is does not negate the fact that you're bitching about it being high
