doen't really matter. 95% of all fees out there in the big wide world are arbitrary.

Ok, I ended up getting 5 games; Thunderblade, Kyukyoku Tiger, Chan and Chan, BB Densetsu and The Kung Fu.  So 3 new games, and 2 cases.  I'll likely be raffling of the Kung Fu huey when it arrives.
