that is pretty god damn spectacular Dark Kobald.

If you aren't instantly hooked for life with all of that, then you don't have a soul.

Would love to buy a Gate of Thunder, Y's I&II and Lords of Thunder off ya.  Looks like you have a few to spare.  :)
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Yeah you need to keep up the good turbo karma by selling your dupes at a reasonable price on here!

Pretty badass haul there, an instant collection for sure.  I would also be interested in the Sega/3DO portion of the haul to see what rounded out this purchase.  Did everything for the other two systems come boxed?

It was an estate sale, probably meaning the original owner didn't 100% intend to sell, but had no choice type of situation.

"The most common reason for an estate sale is the death of the property owner, and the consequent need to quickly liquidate the deceased's belongings. The survivors may have no interest in the bulk of the personal belongings left by the deceased, or may simply lack space to keep the belongings. In situations in which the survivors cannot agree to the disposition of tangible property, a court may order the goods to be sold in an estate sale with the proceeds to be divided among the survivors. Such a sale and division may also be mandated in the will of the deceased.
An estate sale may also occur because the property owner will be moving or has moved into a situation where he will be unable to keep his property—for example, a move to an assisted living facility, a retirement community, a rest home, or other living quarters."

Meh, you can find a lot like this anywhere.

Just kidding... Good for you. I dream of finding a pile like this at auctions and estate sales.
Where are you located to find such a score?

All I gotta say is HELL YEAH!  OVERIDE! :D  Keep that game, but definitely trade your dupes for other games.  That's an awesome find.  You have what took me majority of 6 years when the turbo was first released.  Now ignore everyone that's bugging you for games and go play that shit!.

Wow, that is awesome. What state was the Estate sale at?

Hopefully you are thinking about trading or selling off your dupes.

This is correct, it was a very old video game collector who had recently passed due to cancer. He had one of the single most impressive atari collections ever in existence - 100s of boxed games, including Chase the Chuck Wagon, Spy Hunter, Halloween, and more. His son was trying to clean out the basement FULL of video game stuff.

I am only slightly interested in Atari, but I was very interested in Turbografx, so I bought everything TG we could find. Also got close to 80 3do games, some still sealed. Also got some nice Genesis stuff, and some Atari Adult titles.

Hey, you.

Nice! Are you interested in trading/selling any of it or is it strictly for your own collection?

Not sure what intend on doing with it, but I'd make an offer on some of those games.  If you are entertaining offers, let me know.

All of the non-duplicate things I'm keeping for myself, no matter what. I also would much rather get items I need for my collection than sell for cash, atm. I've actually been buying more turbo stuff, than getting rid of any of it.

Nice haul.  I'm glad to hear you're keeping it, rather than it going to some reseller goon that'd list it all as OMG RAREZ L@@K! with elebentyjillion$ BINs.
