Myspace is like a dating site only it's free, and tons of famous people/bands have pages on there because it's free advertising.  Basically it's pretty retarded, here's a site that explains it in detail-

Missa,that doesn't apply to every person on there. I keep my profile private,so I can use it to keep in touch with  a few people I know. I will only add people that I actually enjoy talking to,and no,dont bother using the blog features.  Not every person on there is a mindless drone.
