It's good to have a music page on and to keep in contact with friends who have moved out of state. I know many people who complain about myspace and sound like broken records- like its only a black or white thing- just foolish to not recognize a middle ground... I have over a thousand contacts and obviously I'm not friends with all of them and obviously a good number are bands cross-pollinating each other's music- but also a lot of them are people with not that many contacts themselves that thankfully are there digging people's music. Obviously pictures on music pages are not the same as pictures on pages for girls with giant hooters posting a million pictures of themselves with 20,000 contacts- the former are for professionally presenting in tone, color and pride a body of work- and the latter are for "look at my tits- they're bigger than your girlfriend's"... Look at Aaron's upkeep of this site- it's great because there's a purpose- and because he has the soul and mind of an artist. The page is not directly about him- it's for all of the nec fans- so there aren't pictures of him plastered about- but I'm sure he has his own page that presents his own work and where there are pictures of him. There is no vanity in that- there is professionalism, pride, artistry and presentation.
