Welcome, reno5 (AKA Jean-Francois Canadian-Frenchie Oui Oui Jumbo****).

Even though Game Gear is trash* and FEKA** is a terrorist organization, we welcome you with open arms .

* OK, maybe it isn't 100% trash.

** FEKA. See Johnny Turbo.

**** See TG-16 Space Harrier manual. SEGA lives on TG-16!

Have to agree that the Game Gear screen is crap but with the LED mod it is way better. I dont really know why but i like that console. Have over 100 games for it and always keep my eyes open for some i don't have.

You don't have to explain yourself. I have a Game Gear, too, and I always liked it. I never did any modifications, so I have the original hardware. I still like it.

My library is not even close to 100 games, though, so I guess I have a lot of titles to explore, still.

Welcome to the site man.  :)   Nice collection you have started there.  I also let my Turbo stuff go years ago, but have since gotten it all back plus some.  :)

Welcome to the forums! Fellow Sega fan here as well. Seems there is a fair bit of overlap between NEC and Sega fans. I guess we all like the under-appreciated systems, and the TG-16 has to be one of the most under-appreciated systems ever.

Welcome!  Sadly, a number of us have made the mistake of selling off our turbo collections only to reacquire it, myself included. :D
