If you have the means, that would be great. I didn't know kickstarter fees were so steep.

Also, if wanting to do pressed repros of not-released-in-America Turbo CD games what would be the 5-10 most desirable games?

Good question, I'm glad you asked.

Kickstarter has some pretty steep fees (a total of 9.1% on $25), so I'm tempted to bankroll it myself (at least offer it to BT anyhow).  At $1000 total, it'd only take 49 other guys to buy one for me to get my money back, and I don't think that's much of a risk.

Yes.  That seems like the risk would be fairly minimal and not overly difficult.  That's why I was asking what the 5-10 most desirable non-released-in-America repros would be.

I don't know, dude. Why don't you go look it up? In case you didn't notice the subject line, this thread is about Mindrec homebrews. In case you missed the forum, this is the one is devoted to U.S. games and systems. In case you haven't been reading the last two pages, we're talking about properly replicating a homebrew (i.e. repressing the master disc and art, with permission) that was only released on CD-R and has a tendency to jam the lens in black Duo's. This thread has nothing to do with repros or PCE games.

My bad.  I apologize.  I'm still learning about the Turbo CD games.  I thought that Implode and Meteor Blaster DX were Japanese-released Turbo CD games.

No problem. Sorry for my harsh response.

Would you still return the extra games to Mindrec after you get done getting your money back?  If so, this doesn't sound like too bad of an idea!

Of course.  Plus, neither offer is contingent on the other: I'm willing to fund getting 'em made, handle distribution for however long BT wants, or both.
