In order to win this raffle, I ask that:

-You must have been a member of PCEngineFX since at least sometime in 2009. This is to prevent any n00bs who post stupid threads from entering.
-You must have at least 470 posts. This is to prevent anyone who might have joined up years ago in anticipation of future raffles having my first stipulation from taking advantage of our generosity.
-You must be able to appreciate goats with machine guns. This will weed out all the fakers.
-You must be at least 31 years of age. I don't need any teenagers or 20-something kids taking advantage here. Sorry BlueBMW.
-You must be American. Sorry Tatsujin, SuperDeadite and Breetai. No Canadians, Swiss or Japanese.
-You must not have falsely accused anyone of murder. This will prevent BillD420/CPSystem3 from joining this one.
-You must not have been AWOL from the chatbox for around a week. Sorry Chop5. You're a nice guy and all and couldn't help it, but these are the rules.
-You must have never... ever had any communication from Victor Ireland... EVER.
-You must not have an account at Sega16 and use a username that starts with "E" and ends in "bit".
