Hi All,
I've got a nice Sega Genesis and Sega CD Model 1 combo I'm looking to sell for some cash. I just don't need it in my life anymore. Pictures of everything are following the text description.
The Genesis appears to be a V6.8 revision which means it has the good audio, but also contains TMSS. There is no "High Definition Graphics" printing on the case.
The Sega CD is a Model 1 that I've personally taken apart and repaired, replacing the belt to lift the CD mech and inspecting everything. This thing is nice and smooth when opening and makes nary a sound. I've fixed several of these units before so I know what I'm doing. I tested the laser for awhile by playing audio CDs for a couple hours and a couple rounds of Sol Feace.
Included with bundle this are the following hookups:
2 Genesis three button controllers, one with red lettering in the buttons
2 MK-1602 Power adapters, each has been lovingly labeled for the system it came from
1 male to male stereo cable for mixing the Genesis and SegaCD (not pictured)
Original RF adapter for the system, I can't find a composite cable
Stereo L/R AV cables to get the nice sound out of the Sega CD.
(Note: When I used to use this I would do RF to the TV and the AV cables into seperate speakers)
Included games are all the original pack-ins for the system plus some extras I'm looking to get rid of:
Pack-ins (very nice shape):
-Sol Feace + Manual
-Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective + Manual
-Sega Classics 4-in-1 + Manual
-Hot Hits Audio CD
-Rock Paintings Audio plus CD+G disc
Additional Sega CD Games:
-Sonic CD (Complete and really nice shape, no foam though but I put bubble wrap in the keep the manual from sagging)
-Double Switch (Complete and in okay shape but case is damaged)
-Links (Complete and in okay shape but case is damaged)
-Prince of Persia (loose)
-Rebel Assault (loose)
Genesis Stuff:
-Altered Beast with manual in UGC with replacment cover
-NHL 95 (loose)
-F22 Interceptor (loose)
-Cool Spot (loose, label damage)
PICTURES!
I would like $210 + shipping for the whole lot.
I prefer to do this as a PayPal transaction due to the cost, so once everything is confirmed and shipping calculated I send an invoice through PayPal.
I think this is pretty reasonable considering all the stuff included, plus the fact that I've already taken apart and repaired this system.
I am also a big stickler on packaging something well so there will be lots of bubble wrap to protect everything. I've gotten a lot of cracked longboxes in my life and don't want the copy of Sonic CD to get to you damaged.
I'm also not interested in separating the lot at this time, if I change my mind I will update the posting at some point.
If interested, please shoot me a PM and I'll respond right away!
