Not enough information.  What kind of cheese?  Gorgonzola or mozzarella?  How much would I sweat?

What kind of marble?  A shooter?  Every hour including nighttime?  Like I would have to wake up every hour and go hurl real quick?

Good questions. The cheese is cheddar and is totally edible, when you puke it is a single marble and yes you must wake up at night to puke the marble. For me I'd do the cheese sweat. I'd be a cheese farmer and just work out for a living.

Eat a healthy diet and you could sell it as "Organic Cheese". Not bad for a cheese-sweater.

I'd pick the f*ckin marble.  It doesn't smell, doesn't go bad, and I've swallowed larger pieces of candy whole and didn't die.

Plus, I would call the disease Marble Madness.
