I started with shelves back, when I was collecting. I used cardboard, and tape the first time, but the games kept on falling off, and I damaged a gold leaf boxes because I had sharpen pencil below..........
Then I made a shelf with wood and brackets, high up. I "mounted" ( If that is the word ), it to this pieace of wall that is sticking out ( I think it might be a support of some sort ). The brackets came out a bit, and are upside down, so I have to be carefull, not to overload it. Even if you do that, you need to keep your stuff in plastics, or else dust/air will get to whatever you put.
Next I did the ole, library thing, in conjunction with the closet thing. So everybody is in one spot. However I took out a chunk of room space.
I think I am going to get those skinny draws, that climbs up against the wall, and surround the room. This way I can let light in, and have more space to walk around. When I say skinny, I mean almost square shape and small, but has just enough space for something, while taking less then twleve inches of wall space. I forget what those skinny things are called again, but I think many schools, might have them. But the ones I would get would be long draws, instead. I think.
So that is an idea, to save space for sure that I have not done yet. Get those skinny draws/shelf/cupboard/etc, and stack em to the ceiling, but of course if the room is not leveled, those things weigh a ton, and could be deadly, to a small child, elderly or anybody. You know those skinny shelves they use in records? That is what I thinking of. In a place, that stores records and artifacts they use them all the time.
Almost invisible.
