Mysterious Song site

I made a site for Mysterious Song, which should cover everything anyone would like to know about the game and give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Very nice!
Have you thought about an FAQ to differentiate the anime4ever bootlegs?

Everything in my regular site is in the process of being overhauled. I have the newest Sapphire bootleg and Rockman and SFZ. A new Sapphire guide is mostly complete and I'm going to host 300dpi scans of the other bootlegs. I just have limited free time right now and am trying to concentrate on Mysterious Song related projects.

Sorry. I was trying to make a dumb joke - as if MSR had already been bootlegged.

vestcoat, if you had written: "Have you thought about an FAQ to differentiate the anime4ever bootlegs of Mysterious Song from the genuine version?"

...then .

If someone does decide to do bootlegs, there will be an easy way to tell what's a boot and what's legit. On the inside ring of the legit version, you have the following code sequences:

WMG-C0-8511-30865A  363516-53197-6J-R

and on the retainer ring area:

IFPI JB11

It is impossible for another manufacturer to use this exact sequence, and no CDR will use them either... they have a different scheme altogether.

Unless someone lovingly handcarves it on each & every bootleg :D

Who did the voice acting for the characters? I seem to recall there being auditions on the forums but I couldn't find the thread and no credit is given to them in the manual.

That's the "mystery" in MSR! You have to figure that out.

By beating the game! :D

Some voice actors I know off the top of my head: Odonadon as Grimm, Paranoia Dragon as Spear, uhh Nod's wife as Ryanna I think? Oh and TurboSage/Star/Josh as Tiger.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Forum members to voice your games?  That is really great.

I saw Josh's turbografx villains videos on youtube, those were sweeeet! I wonder when he'll do more?

Any future plans for auditions on upcoming games?
