Yay!

How did people react to it?

and thankfully it got turned to non-derp mode.   Stretchy mode = no.

Is Pyramid Patrol the sequel to Pyramid Plunder??!?!

</wise ass comment>  ;)

It's a laseractive game

Yup.

PCE LD-ROM (it's the only one that counts, as far as I am concerned).

On another note, if you guys are interested in doing a PC Engine FX room, let me know and I"ll see if we can make that happen.

I would be pretty interested in this, assuming others were as well.  (I wouldn't want to be 'tied down' to one room for the whole convention.)  How expensive was it to reserve a room this year?

What we really need is an open space with areas, that'd be kind of the holy grail for MGC, IMHO. The room thing gets way too cramped/crowded. When those things are busy you can barely walk.

What you really need are chairs. :)

Chairs are over-rated.  ;)

Pyramid Plunder got some play, though I wouldn't say very many extended plays.  Overall it did get a good amount of attention, and I did have more than a few people ask me about it along with Mysterious Song.

Big *if* here, but again, *if* you guys were interested in doing your own room for the site next year, I think the indie games would be a big hit in such a room.  They did well enough in DHG that I'd certainly like to try it again next year.

Later.

Someone called me super sexy or a trouble maker before I made my first post. Not sure how I feel about that...

FEEL WELCOMED TO THE CRAZY HOUSE!

Please enjoy the forum.  :)
NW: Hey, I made it on this psycho's Enemies' List, how about that ?? ;)

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

You can't tell most retro gamers anything!

Spenoza: The wannabe masculinity just overwhelms.

Haha the only reason I'm looking for a Satellaview is so I can by some miracle find a memory pack that has Radical Dreamers downloaded.  Yea yea you can get the rom, but screw that!

DAMN! I am quite intrigued by the Retron 5! The ability to use ANY old-skool controller with ANY game is quite enticing, to me.

The room was right across from the Nintendo Age room.  I must say though, that the two rooms were the hardest rooms to find in the whole show.

Oh yeah, that's another thing, programs. The show needs programs.

I suppose it saves a lot of paper to have them online, but the online version...could be better, IMHO.

when it will support PCE (huey & CD) it's a bought thing.
www.pcedaisakusen.net
the home of your individual PC Engine collection!!
PCE Games coundown: 690/737 (47 to go or 93.6% clear)
PCE Shmups countdown: 111/111 (all clear!!)
Sega does what Nintendon't, but only NEC does better than both together!^^

I'm going to make a PCE --> Vic-20 adapter and I'll be able to play all the HuCARDs. Not too shabby.
