I wonder how Great Northern mall is now?

Come to CCAG next year and see for yourself. It's not that far away.

Then we got Arundel Mills Mall a couple years back which made Marley Station seem small in comparison.

A couple years ago? From my understanding they haven't built any big indoor fortress style malls in the US in the past 10 or so years.

You're right, it doesn't seem like it's been that long but according to the wikipedia page it opened in 2000.  I guess thats a few more than a couple!  As a resident it still seems kinda new to me.  Still, the place is busy as hell.  Parking is damn near impossible and they did add a casino on making it even worse.

I had to google this place based on your description of the size, it sounds nuts!

Also, from Wiki:

It is the first enclosed mall to feature a Medieval Times dinner theater.[1] In addition to 17 large anchor stores, Arundel Mills also features a Dave & Buster's, Maryland Live! Casino, and an Egyptian-themed 24-screen megaplex theater.

WAT?!  Medieval times in a mall!

Yeah, it's pretty big.  Not as big as say, Mall of America, I don't think, but I haven't been there yet myself.  My lady wants to go to that sometime.  I think there's another crazy huge mall in Canada somewhere which is also something we've discussed visiting.

I spent a decent amount of time in the D&B at Arundel Mills, I even tried to work there but I quit after like two weeks of being ticket restock monkey.  It was actually a Jillian's before D&B took it over but it was essentially the same games before and after.  The D&B in Rockville, MD was way better game wise in my mind - they had a pretty awesome shooting gallery (all physical targets), one of those giant Galaxian 3rd 6 person deals which I am glad I got the chance to play before it got taken apart, and a Quick N' Crash by Namco which I had a lot of good times going back and forth with a friend on trying to beat each other's times.

Never actually been inside of the Medieval Times myself, but I have walked past it a bunch!  Nowadays I try to avoid that place like the plague.  Parking is a nightmare.

I've never even seen a Galaxian 3. Me jelly.

Cherish those memories.

Since I was little I have always had dreams about huge, weird indoor malls. With secret passages and crap. I even had one dream where I took shelter from Godzilla in a mall.

I'm weird.

Don't worry. The trauma from watching Dawn of the Dead at an early age affects everyone differently.

Personally, I want to land a helicopter on top of a mall. If only I knew how to fly one of those things.

I chuckled at that too. There's some funny Youtube reaction videos to her popping up.

"Bear was like omg she sprayed me, imma f--k your shit up now, oh you done f--k with the wrong bear"

Anyway, this one below is courtesy of Arkhan, he's trying to spread his Asian fever/love and I have to admit, it is working. :P
