Aaron, how about an neo-geo.com styled War Room? WE could have a special name for it. Anything goes, and no holds barred. Maybe that will fix things.

Since our stance of ignoring him (as a site) doesn't seem to be the right one, what do you suggest we do for the users here?  Should I make a child-forum just for Nintega that people can post in? (I'm being serious here).  I want to know what I can do to better support the members here so I'm open to any and all suggestions.

How about a room called "Battle Heat" after the FX game?  There, people can freely vent/complain/flame/inform people of anything they wish without moderation.
