A little bit of City Hunter

I don't even know why I was overcome with nostalgia for a show that I HAVE NEVER WATCHED, but I did. Damn! I'm going through menopause, or something.

It's only been a few weeks since I was watching old GameCenter episodes on YubeTube. I had no idea that corporate shut down the YouTube channel. Damn. Howie Mendel, here I come....

UPDATE: 32 minutes into this episode and I must say I want to play this game. It looks fun, and the panel-flipping has intrigued me.

Yup every time the team would put up "a new youtube channel" fuiji tv would shut it down. It's there show, but i guessed they fear they would lose viewers because of it.They don't understand what there showing is translated episode's the jerks

I might marathon Chris Bucci's Turbo Views. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic for them since they aren't released that often anymore.

Also been watching and enjoying GameInformer's Replays and Super Replays.

Turbo Views is excellent. I really hope he is able to get every US release reviewed like he plans.

I am sure he will. It may take longer than initially planned but I have faith he'll get it done.

He already told me that he is going to revisit some games in special episodes.  He promised me that Yo, Bro will be one of the first specials. I won't spoil it, but let's just say the game has tape-wormed its wy into his heart.

That was superb. That Matsuzawa fellow is a hero of mine. For many reasons. Here is one.

Since most people think that Tim Follin is the greatest videogame musician ever for some weird reason, I recorded the Time Trax title theme from real hardware and let it loop a few times.

Enjoy. I should have a billion views by the end of the day since Tim Follin is amazing and transcends our very existence with his music.

I also recorded this other tune from Time Trax:

I left slightly more substantial comments on YubeTube.

Not sure what your opinions on the trance/techno/remix/dance scene is, but I really dug this-

Super Double Dragon Stage Remix.

This is a classic. You can immediately identify young folks because they can't see "Tapper" in the busy logo (they have no arcade experience/context), so they only see "Fapper"...even perverted elderly men (some of our best-loved members fit in this category) will see "Tapper"....
