I was kind of thinking the same thing, but who would he be marketing for?  He makes it easier to make fun of the PS3.  And I don't think either MS or Nintendo need to worry about Sony just yet.

I don't think it's viral marketing (even though the second video reminds me of All I Want For Christmas Is My PSP) due to the fact of him dissing the Final Fantasy series, specifically XII. I don't think Sony would appreciate chadwardenn to say one of their exclusive titles sucks . But then again, maybe Sony's viral marketing is really clever this time!

"The Critic" has been off the air for a few years now and only ran for two seasons. However, the upside to this is that they sell the entire series as one DVD set which you can get for about $30-$40. If your a movie geek you'd probally find the show very funny. It had great parody on top of sharp humor.

Yeah and Maurice LaMarche (Brain) played a few characters on the show.
