YouTubers are a thing these days and internationally there are some of them making some big money. If it’s money made with or without bribes depends on the individual, but that’s a discussion for another day.

According to Forbes these are the top-earning Youtubers of 2014-2015. As you would have guessed Pewdiepie has made a fortune and comes in as the number one Youtuber at $12 million for the year ending 1 June 2015.

KSI is next in line with $4.5 million. Those are both people who focus on making videos about video games for a living. There are other Youtubers, outside of the video game market, who’ll also make you feel rather poor. Comedy acts Smosh and TheFineBros ended up with a total of $8.5 million for the last year. The talented musician, Lindsey Stirling, ended up with $6 million and makeup artist, Michelle Phan, walked away with $3 million.

Yeah, that's pretty cool that the advertising monetizing model on Youtube has opened up so much financial opportunity to the average Joe Blow... You have the chance to do both something that you love doing and generate serious revenue flow to the point of quitting your day job. I'm sure it came as a shock to many of them, the idea that in just a few years they could become wealthy or even millionaires simply by f--king around on Youtube attempting to attract a large viewership...

Those live action NEO-GEO ads are just fun and entertaining and I can't explain why.

! No longer available

They're great.  I miss seeing Japanese commercials on a regular basis, I bet they are still making pretty entertaining ones for newer games. And if not, there's always snack foods!

My wife has never seen the original trilogy until today when we watched Episode IV. I wasn't sure if she was going to like it but then she started whooping and hollering at the screen. That was fun to see someone enjoying these legendary movies for the first time.

It took a long time for me to finally get to see the first trilogy as well from learning of Star Wars in general culture as a kid, but never having sat down with all the movies. I bought that triple VHS pack when I could afford it, but regretted it soon after as the DVD version came along, so I had to upgrade... :/

I'm glad you finally came around!

The version we watched was the original DVD set that was released years ago. I haven't upgraded to even widescreen yet.

^^Haha! We haven't got to Jedi yet but I think they had replaced original Anakin with Dingleberry in my version. I'm planning on getting the DVD set that has the uncut originals so that my Sarlac Pit will be beak free.
