The dude looked vaguely sort of similar to Kavinsky from the Testarossa Autodrive video...

Fester's Quest was clearly running on the Blaster Master engine, even the sound.

I saw an AES cart in the intro.  Maybe he has a Neo Geo retrospective coming up.  I'm sure it will make Michael Helgeson extremely angry.
