Yes, Vocalwriter did it all except the bass, which was done with Reason.

Haha, that's hilarious that there is some channel showing a SNES game being played (poorly). I was going to guess that the game was Ninja Warriors but after looking it up, it doesn't look like it.

Its not a SNES game, it says "insert coin" in the upper corner.  Plus the graphics are way too good for the SNES.  It definitely looks like Warriors of Fate or Dynasty Wars or whatever.
