This is some bullshit here lemme tell ya..

Ok, read the first part of the thread to be brought up to date.

Now, eBay provided me with a return shipping label to return the item.  However....the item has stalled in AZ.  According to the UPS tracking number, there are multiple errors in the address, and they are attempting to contact the receiver to have that corrected.  That has been since Thursday the 6th of December.  Obviously something is wrong with the address. Whether or not it is on eBays part because of the label, or the seller not providing the correct mailing info.  Im not sure, but all I know is my refund is being held up for some bullshit that I have no control over.  I called eBay and talked to a few wonderful hard to understand folks, who dont seem to know their ass from a hole in the ground.  I cant tell you how many times I had to explain what the issue was..  They did say, that they were going to have the shipping info corrected and I would be contacted about my refund.  I feel I have done everything I was supposed to do, and deserve my refund, now.  Its not my fault the seller doesnt have a clue about his products, and that the address on the label that Ebay provided me has issues.  Hopefully this will be taken care of, asap.  It is just really pissing me off and causing me stress.

Thanks for listening to my bitch session....

Bernie, This thread is making me sad to hear, I know the level of detail you take, it seems unlikely that you wouldn't have done everything 100% correct.  It's a sad day when you can't get a bit of customer service.  I hope you can resolve this issue soon.

Most of ebays customer support via phone is directed to call centers in India now, so thats part of the problem right there.

Wow, really? I didnt do anything you said on there. You said you wanted to send the item, back so I let you, you got a FULL 100% refund. I dont understand why the negative? I understand a neutral, but a negative? Can this be fixed?

From him, I guess he doesnt like the truth to be known.

My reply.

NO, it cannot.  Every thing I said is true, and you were forced to give me a refund through eBay.  When I had an issue before, and asked for a partial refund, you even refused to leave positive feedback after I paid on time.  I guess that was your way of retaliation since you couldnt leave a negative in return.  You sent an incomplete item, that wasnt tested and was very dirty, along with an empty game case.  You also were not easy to work with, and only responded to emails once I reported the situation to eBay, so no it cannot be fixed.  The feedback I left is deserved and warranted. I know for a fact you wouldnt have bothered to leave my well deserved positive.  If you would like to talk further about this, I have created a post here https://www.pcenginefx.com/forums/index.php?topic=13617.0 .  Others share my feelings.  It is wrong to be deceptive and shady about items you are selling.

Feedback I left.

Item incomplete and filthy. Seller hard to work with. This is the 2nd time.

Also, will fail to leave deserved positive feedback if he has to refund. Avoid!

Bummer about the feedback, but money talks.  Glad things worked out.  I still hope you walked around with the stuff between your ass cheeks before sending it back.

Hey at least you got your money back, you don't want some dirty beat up genesis anyways, there's enough great conditions units out there to be had.

Hum, i just bought Super Mario Kart and 10 snes dust covers off this guy, my first dealing with him. I messed up when i asked him about combined shipping and forgot to mention i was in sweden. He finally responded after my third email about that, and we finally agreed on an ok combined shipping rate of $15 for those items.

I never got the impression he was avoiding me though, this was the days before christmas so he very well might have been busy shopping gifts or what not, as he said he was.

I can post back here once i get my items to share what condition the stuff is in. It was all described as in good shape. and carried average ebay prices.

Oh, he only plays the avoid game if there's an issue.  Been thru it twice with this guy.  First time, I chalked it up as whatever.  Second time, nah...  can't bullshit me.  If it was not for eBay and their buyer protection, I would've been stuck.  He only responded when I involved eBay.  Wish you luck.

Well this was an issue, since i asked to be let out of having to buy the mario game because his first combined shipping was more than i was willing to pay. I sent a message a day for three days asking to get out of it. He then finally returned saying he'd been busy preparing for christmas and gave me new combined shipping that i agreed to, which he didnt really have to, as it was MY mistake, and not his.

Thanks for the good wishes, we'll see what happens. so far im not too worried about our deal. Dust caps are only dust caps, and we'll see what shape the cartridge is. I am not doubting your story, but my items are less prone to the issues you had i believe.

Either way i can return with my experience once ive gotten the stuff if you want.

I also had a dealing with this seller for a NES manual. I waited and waited and it was never delivered. I filed a Paypal dispute and finally got my money back.

But yeah, bad experience with him as well.

So an update on this.  I sent his system back, and eBay refunded me when they seen it was in his hometown, according to tracking info, but he wouldn't go get it.  I got a postcard today from UPS, as it was returned to me since he never picked it up..  They don't deliver to PO boxes, so I gotta go get it.  Strange...  Why would he NOT get his stuff?
