I just ordered Turrican from Mr SegaSaturn here. I couldn't pass it up since it was cheaper than any other copy I've seen posted here or on ebay before. I'll let everyone know what kind of condition it's in when I receive it.

yeah, I've always heard that it was a lowsy game. I just really wanted it for my collection.

I still can't see the game being any worse than falcon or gunboat but I'll know soon enough.

Gunboat is the best of the three.

Id honestly play gunboat or falcon before Turrican.   At least with those games, I can pretend I am in an airplane or a gunboat and make sound effects and roll around.

nodtveidt's Old_Rover's posts about Turrican TG-16 over the years has, literally, been the only reason I haven't thrown the HuCard in the litterbox to see what the cats will do with it.

I AM NOT JOKING about that. I like the coverart, though. Corny, but in an amusing "pulp sci-fi" manner. I STILL REMEMBER THE POWER RING.

Turrican was a moderate hit and well reviewed for Genesis. It came in one of those cardboard Accolade cases (like Hardball). I don't remember much about it though and I don't think I ever played the Turbo version despite owning it for awhile.

The games I purchased arrived quickly and were package well.  They also looked almost brand new.

Got my game in today. I still don't understand how this thread blew up, I got it for $10 less then every ebay listing and everything arrived in good shape and the seller was easy to deal with.

It blew up, because he was a condescending ass.  I offer him $30 for Cadash and he pretty much laughed at me.  I would have gone up to $40, but there was no haggling.  Gems like this put people off;

And rarity guide is the BEST source for pricing. Everybody knows that.

It's listed as $20 on Rarity.  The most accurate pricing guide on the planet according to SegaSaturn51195.  With the box it goes up to $60.  SegaSaturn himself said the box only added $5-$10 to the price.  Putting the game at $30.  Unless I'm doing the math wrong.

If I wanted to pay an inflated $50 for it I'd buy it off eBay.
