Damn, I am truely sorry to hear about him. Glad his daughter survived. I sold him one of my ifu setup not too long ago.

Oh. Man.
:(

Thinking back, I won a Sapphire bootie from that guy. I guess that was my major interaction with him but...still.
Good thing the kid survived.

Does anyone know if the 69 year old man driving the pick-up truck was charged?  Was the 69 year old driving or the 17 year old.  There's a lot of drinking and driving that happens near Christmas in Ontario.  I'm curious to know if the older man was driving and if he was impaired.

tried looking it up, all said the same thing on the internet: crash was under investigation.  But none were updated.

Wow, this is terrible, God bless the family. Life is way to short you never know when your time will come.

John 14:1-3 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Hi i just signed up to this site to talk to you all about my friend Breetai aka firbomber7 aka Blake. We just layed him to rest today and everyone has been very thankful for the outpouring of support from all the forums he has visited. I wanted you to know that pcenginefx was his favorite place to come chat and he often spoke of the friendships he created here. Its wonderful to know that he touched so many lives.
Ive gotten used to him being my wakeup call as he would burst through my door almost daily so excited about a package of games he had received or some games he had found at the thrift store. I can still hear him "Dude you awake" even though he new I was asleep since I work night shifts. Video Games just got him so excited he couldn't wait to show me lol. Or the many times that he would decide my games weren't organized correctly and he would spend hours rearranging my entire collection. He was a walking encyclopedia of retro game knowledge and taught me so much about the hobby.  PC engine was by far his favorite system to collect for and he would often tell others that their collections were worthless if they didn't have one. He was relentless in nagging me until i got one. Which im very glad he did.
So thank you for the joy that you all added to his life as I know we will all miss him.

@Bosley - Thank you for taking the time to sign up and post.  It means a lot to me and I'm sure to many others.  I also want to thank you for sending me a PM and for sharing some of your memories with FB7.  Most of us never met him, this is the internet, but the news of his passing still punched us all in the gut.  He will definitely be missed.

Super sucky he's gone. He was a very active member over at RB and was, for the most part, a pretty friendly guy. Cute daughter. Too bad she won't have her dad around as she grows up. I am glad we all have good memories of him. Just wish there was some happiness going forward in this mess.
