Happy New Years people!
« on: December 30, 2012, 11:43:47 PM »
With the shity weather, bad economy, news of Robocop ripping off the batsuit, people losing jobs left and right, Kardashian and Kanye announcing the rise of the antichrist, and now the recent loss of Firebomber and all, I hope this does not come off as bad timing, but I really do want to wish everyone a happy new year. God only knows some people here really do deserve a break and all.  And to the many members here that have stepped up and given so much, a extra thanks and extra good wishes towards the next year being better then ever for you. Anyway, just incase I'm not on later to say it, Happy New Years people!

Happy New Year to everyone!

My girlfriend is a nurse and has to work overnight so I am stuck home alone.  I know one nerdy guy that might play Halo 4 with me, so that is my plan :/

Anyway, I was just saying in the chat that it always seems the holidays are the hardest time of the year.  The good news is once they are over, you get that feeling of starting fresh.  Here's to hoping each of us starts to kick more ass than Air Zonk in 2013.

Just go to the hospital and say you glued your hand to your junk and need assistance and demand her as your nurse.   Problem Solved.

Happy New Year.

Wait...Robocop ripped off the batsuit?

Happy New Year to all!

@TheClash603 - Better than your girlfriend being home and not having any plans for the night.  You avoid the nagging question of "what are we doing tonight?"
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Happy New Year to all as well.

Just me and some games all night.
NW: Hey, I made it on this psycho's Enemies' List, how about that ?? ;)

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

You can't tell most retro gamers anything!

Spenoza: The wannabe masculinity just overwhelms.

Happy New Year!

2012 wasn't too bad for me.  I graduated University and got accepted into my Masters Program so that's got to count for something :)

Any resolutions?

I'll be playing games in high def.

Even the old ones, because the boxes say they are high def.

2013 here we come, and against the predictions of all the 2012 doomsday nuts mind you (I ran into one in real life who also believed in backwards time travel if you could travel faster than the speed of light! I tried to explain the difference between Science Fiction v. Fact, but his mind was too far gone... Heh-heh)! Anyway, Happy New Year! I don't really entertain the resolutions tradition... I'm too lazy...

Happy New Years everyone, planning just to stay up with family and have some Martinellis drink, and possibly play some Halo 4. If the wife permits. Also new year resolution is to find me a job worth my Degree.
