NW: Hey, I made it on this psycho's Enemies' List, how about that ?? ;)

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

You can't tell most retro gamers anything!

Spenoza: The wannabe masculinity just overwhelms.

I love seeing all these old ads.

I used to read the Sears wishbook over and over as a kid.

Nice find! That takes me back!

I regret not getting a TG-16 when they first came out. I got a SNES, and my brother got a Genny (both on Xmas morning). Luckily, his best friend eventually got a TG-16 and we had the best of all three machines.
My past-life would've surely led to our demise, and I had left it not a moment too soon. Our escape, though dangerous, had gone well. The train ride, sunlight, and passing snow-covered pine trees came together in a flickering show of our bright, new future together. Her head rested on my shoulder as she soundly slept to the gentle rocking of the passenger car. We felt freedom. We felt peace.

I love seeing prices from days gone by.  It's nice to see $59.99 on the Genesis games.  I like seeing how inflation has worked its magic, and how much I'm paying now compared to then.
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Here are some TG-16 listings from the Sears christmas catalogs from the early 1990s

I love the guy obviously trying to twist the D-pad in the TE.

I love these old ads. I don't know why, but everything just seemed so much more bad ass when they described game systems back then.
