WTB: King of Casino (US, boxed)

Good day, all. I'm currently looking for a US copy of King of Casino, complete with its box. As for the condition of the game and the accompanying items, I'd prefer a status of "very good" and up (although I'd probably settle for a solid "good").

I wouldn't mind squeezing in a little blackjack and some poker into my present ritual of Bonk's Revenge, Gate of Thunder, and Bomberman. :)
