If you like sit-ups push-ups and pull-ups, I'd highly recommend P90X. Shit is real intense though, and I skipped out on yoga, just not for me. It's structured too, so you just hit play and follow, I loaded up the vids onto a USB and used a ps3. It can be had .....pretty cheap, on the Internet if ya kno what I mean ;)

i do 10 minutes of situps/crunches every morning before work and bike and ice skate with the fam.
But i do need to start getting back into weights (beers curls may be the answer!! king cans!!!) as my metabolism is slowing down so that beer or that bottle of wine is staying with me a lot longer these days, sucks getting old.

Yeah, I did P90X for quite awhile as well, but I eventually got sick of the videos because I'd seen them so many times.  "Like a Pterodactyl, backin out of trouble!"   GRAH!

Now I just go to the gym and the local university, easy enough for the most part.  Plus I try and do the stairs up and down to my office regularly during the day.

I study martial arts...seibukan karate to be exact. I don't lift weights or anything. I tried lifting weights before but it was humpering my karate techniques so I had to stop. I could loose another 30lbs to look cut like Bruce lee though:)

I hit the gym once or twice a week, if the little spare time let me go. 70% free weight and few machines.

at home I have my two dumbells (atm each max. 50lbs) and a camp bench (lol).
with these I can do most of the basic stuff at home as well.

have also few grippers (up to 225lbs), and some other lil equip.

it helps me a lot to not become a fat farter towards my forties.

These things are awesome: (not me. Also, hit mute)

Cost 1000 yen, and they hit muscles you didn't even know you had. When I started, I couldn't do a single rep, and now I can do 50 in a row. I can almost do one on my feet rather than my knees, but that is f*cking hard.

I do push-ups, sit-ups and all kinds of stuff with two adjustable dumbbells. I walk all over the place as part of my job, and I watch my calorie intake. As Kevin Spacey said in American Beauty, I want to look good naked.

lol, have that too.

I think it is a great and effecient tool (one of the very few cheap ones that actually pays out), but it hurts my back too much. So I can't do much reps. very great for the abdominal muscle(s).

Hah, yeah exactly, that's the main thing.  That and in a Spiderman costume, should one be necessary ;)

I do free weights, 6 days a week:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Biceps
Day 3 : Legs & Back
Day 4 : Chest
Day 5 Biceps
Day 6: Triceps & Shoulders

I usually workout at the gym at work during my lunch break, then come home and do some more + an ab routine. I always take whey supplements and stack with carbs and BCAAs after working out

I've thought about joining a gym, since they usually have alot more equipment than my gym at work or what I have at home. Just haven't been able to afford it yet with my 2nd kid on the way. Maybe someday...
