I'll outline a fair way for you to handle this drawing:
Step 1: Get a hat, preferably a fedora, but any hat will do.
Step 2: Hand write each contestant's name on a slip of paper (much more tactile and personal than simply typing).
Step 3: Put all of the slips of paper in the hat.
Step 4: Mix the slips of paper thoroughly.
Step 5: Have someone or yourself draw a slip of paper at random from the hat.
Step 6: Read the name written on the slip of paper.
Step 7: If the read name is not 'Bardoly', then discard slip of paper, then go back to step 4. If the read name is 'Bardoly', then proceed to step 8.
Step 8: Post a message in this thread stating that Bardoly is the winner, and ask for him to PM you his mailing address.
Step 9: Package up the CD and mail it to Bardoly at the address which he provides.
Step 10: Put on another raffle with these same drawing rules.
